Again Limited Warranty Statement
Again, a brand of Phoenix Battery Company LLC, (“Again”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) warrants to the original purchaser (“You” or “Your”) that Your Again product (“Product”) is free from manufacturing defects in workmanship, materials, and/or design during the applicable warranty period, provided the Product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with all operating instructions (“Normal Customer Use”).
This Warranty applies only to authentic Again products purchased directly from Again or an authorized retailer.
WARRANTY PERIOD

Again products are covered by this Warranty for two (2) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Any repair or replacement completed under this Warranty does not renew or extend the original Warranty Period, unless required by applicable local law. In such cases, the Warranty will be extended only by the minimum time legally mandated.

If You sell or gift Your Product to another person (“Second Owner”), the Warranty may transfer, provided that the Second Owner can present proof of original purchase and demonstrate that the Product was registered under the Warranty by the original purchaser (“Transferred Warranty”).
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This Warranty applies only to genuine Again products. To ensure authenticity, we recommend purchasing directly from Again or an authorized reseller. If You are unsure whether a Product is authentic, please contact Us for verification.

This Warranty does not cover:

- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including natural battery capacity reduction over time, unless caused by a manufacturing defect;
- Damage resulting from use outside of the Product’s intended purpose or published specifications;
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or superficial wear that does not affect functionality;
- Damage occurring during shipment of the Product back to Again;
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, exposure to liquids, extreme temperatures, inadequate ventilation, or improper power sources;
- Damage caused by external events such as fire, flooding, earthquakes, storms, or other natural disasters;
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, alterations, or improper installation;
- Products reported as lost or stolen;
- Claims resulting from fraud, negligence, or reckless use by the end user.

This Warranty will be void if:

- Any part of this Warranty has been altered without Again’s prior written consent; or
- Again is not notified of a defect within the Warranty Period.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Continuing to use a malfunctioning Product may cause additional damage and may affect eligibility for Warranty service. Please contact Us promptly if You experience an issue.

To request Warranty service, reach out to Again support with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

If your claim qualifies, Again will provide instructions for returning the Product for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Warranty service availability may vary depending on your country of residence.

Proof of purchase is required. Again reserves the right to deny Warranty service if documentation is missing or illegible.
REMEDIES

If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Again will, at its discretion:

Repair the Product, or
-
Replace the Product with the same or an equivalent model.

Any replaced Product or defective parts become the property of Again.

Again will cover reasonable costs associated with in-warranty repair or replacement, including return shipping where applicable.

If the Product is not covered under this Warranty, Again will provide out-of-warranty repair options and associated costs before proceeding.

In support of our sustainability mission, Again may use refurbished components in repairs, ensuring all replacement parts meet performance and safety standards.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

This Warranty is Your sole and exclusive remedy against Again.

Again’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the Product, less reasonable depreciation based on use.
