We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your package arrives to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original accessories and packaging, and suitable to be resold.
You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your product is defective or stops working properly, it may be covered under our 2-year limited warranty.
Return Process
Returns must be requested before sending an item back. Items returned without an approved return request will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of processing.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
